About me

I am a trained Counsellor and UKCP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist. I am passionate about this field of work and believe that we all have the power and capacity to change given the right circumstances and opportunity.

My approach to Counselling is integrative, relational and collaborative within a psychodynamic framework. Since each person is uniquely individual, I draw from a range of theories and approaches to maximise the effectiveness of the client experience in our work together.

I have over 20 years experience working as a therapist in private practice, healthcare and education.
