About me

There is a natural rhythm to life but it can stop when we face with difficult and challenging situations or a life change.
Are you experiencing unhealthy habits that keep you stuck or cannot stop, recent or past trauma, or simply a decision that we don't seem to know the answer?

Counselling is a positive experience where you can talk in confidence and feel supported though what seems a difficult time.

I am an integrative humanistic counsellor, which means that I have studied more than one approach to counselling, it enhances my practice and effectiveness me tailor it to suit your needs.
I am fully registered member of the BACP (British Association and Psychotherapy and recently obtained their Certificate of Proficiency). I adhere to their professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
I have regular supervision to support and inform my professional practice.
I have now successfully completed my CPCAB in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I have worked for a counselling agency, Redlands
For a number of years I have also gained experience working for EDAS, using Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to assist clients experiencing anxiety, general anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, relationship problems.
