Our approach to counselling and psychotherapy is tailored to the needs of our clients. We generally use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and other psychological disciplines which provide a goal oriented and practical approach to solving problems and making changes, leaving you with tools and skills which you can use to support you long after our sessions have finished.
We are based in two locations in Frome near Bath and Bristol in Somerset and in Bridge of Allan near Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland. Some evening appointments are available.
In our counselling and psychotherapy practice, we can help with many issues including:

Karen has over 6 years experience working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She is a member of and works to the code of ethics of the Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (NLPtCA). Karen's experience, membership and qualifications include:

John has over 5 years experience working as a Counsellor, Therapist and Hypnotherapist and many more working in businesses as a Coach and Consultant.
