Experienced counsellor for depression and generalised anxiety disorder. I have a particular interest in working with difficult eating patterns such as binge eating, yoyo dieting and bulimia.
I offer one to one counselling in a private room in Potters Bar or in your own home if there can be guaranteed privacy.
Training, qualifications & experience
Extensive experience working in a mental health charity and GP surgeries as a counsellor and IAPT 'High Intensity Counsellor for Depression' .
Practical one-to-one 'Low Intensity' Cognitive Behavioural Therapy .
Small group 'Understanding Your Eating' courses and one to one working with bulimia.
I also teach counselling at Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Diploma level.
