When you feel overwhelmed, depressed, stressed, anxious, grieving or stuck in a never ending loop, looking for a counsellor can be a daunting task; have faith, don’t worry, keep calm and reach out to someone that can help you, sometimes that is half the battle.
I am a Pluralistic counsellor who can offer a safe and calm therapeutic space in which you are free to explore and find a way to a happier place. I can support you through the challenges you may face and at each step along the way help you to find the best path to take. Depending on you and what you would like to achieve from a therapeutic relationship, I can discuss with you the best way to help you resolve your problem whether it be an issue with family, work, anger, emotional problems, grief, low self esteem, fear, loneliness or anything that is just getting in the way of you living a fulfilling and happy life. We can look at the immediate, life you are living now, and I can give you ‘tools’ that may help you cope on a day to day basis or we can explore the past and how it has shaped your life and help you to a better understanding of yourself today.
Often talking to a stranger who is unbiased, totally confidential, non judgemental and someone who can just simply listen, give you time and ‘be there’ for you and only you within a counselling session can prove to be life changing.

It is important that you feel comfortable with me as your counsellor.
