Your journey is unique
I am a BACP Registered counsellor with private practices in South Woodford and Barking.
As an experienced integrative counsellor I can offer a flexible approach that allows my client’s needs to guide their journey through the process of therapy. I work with a diverse range of clients with many different issues including anxiety, work related stress, trauma, depression, bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, low self esteem, loss, separation, divorce, redundancy, unexpected life and health changes and personal development. I also specialise with working closely with those affected by Domestic Violence.
In our journey I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment with space and time to fully explore your issues, fears, difficulties, choices and opportunities. I work with processes ranging from CBT to Mindfulness allowing space to identify key themes, important feelings experienced within the struggle to cope with and maintain what you may feel is important, aiding you in reaching your desired goal.
Exploring these issues in a safe environment enabling you to address these concerns freely whilst gaining new perspectives and understanding. Being able to regain an understanding of what surrounds you can help to gain a feeling of control making things feel stable and the confidence to reclaim that control.
I offer both time-limited and open-ended long-term therapy. We will usually have a review of therapeutic progress every 6 sessions
