Most of us have problems at some point in our lives and, though asking for help can be difficult, talking to a trained professional can make a real difference.
Having been in practice for over 20 years, I recognise that embarking on counselling or psychotherapy is often a daunting prospect.
For this reason I offer a
FREE 30 minute no obligation initial consultation
to meet me, discuss your problems and goals and to see whether therapy with me is likely to be helpful for you.
People seem to find me friendly and pragmatic. I approach the therapeutic process in a respectful, mature and ‘down to earth’ way and, over the years, have gained a wealth of experience working with individuals, couples and groups on a wide variety of problems.
I offer therapy via Skype and telephone in addition to face to face working.
I work according to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy of which I am an Accredited Member. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
