Are you looking for a mature experienced counsellor who offers a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship? It is my experience that such a relationship can't change the past, but it can help you come to terms with what you are experiencing today and make a difference to your future.
Approaching counselling, meeting someone new, building trust so you can share your deepest concerns, can seem daunting. I offer a caring positive approach in an environment which is confidential and non-judgemental, in which you can talk openly about your concerns, your thoughts and feelings about present, past and possible future issues, without fear of criticism. Each client is unique and I have experience of working with adults and young people who have brought a wide range of personal issues.
Short and long-term therapy options are available, whilst abiding by the BACP Ethical Framework.I hold professional indemnity insurance and a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Certificate.
Appointments available during the day and some evenings. Please contact me for more information or to arrange a convenient time and place to meet.
