Springfields Medical Centre
I have delivered over 450 hours of face-to-face therapy and my experience and way of working enables me to establish a strong and deep therapeutic bond quickly, which means that your time isn't wasted. There is no minimum number of sessions, and in my experience some clients have found even just one or two sessions to be incredibly helpful.
My main practice is based in the centre of Warrington, adjacent to the Golden Square Shopping Centre with dedicated parking, if required.
Someone once said that therapy is like a car journey; you are in the driving seat, dictating the pace and the direction, and I am alongside you, wherever you decide to go.
Bring whatever troubles you - it may seem trivial to you but you will not be judged, and in a safe, secure and confidential environment you will be heard, and you will have the time to really explore your emotions, and come to understand why you feel the way you do.
The most common thing that my clients seem to achieve through therapy is clarity - clarity around the issues in their lives that may have troubled them for years. Therapy will give you the chance to set aside the burden you have been carrying for all this time, whether it relates to shame, regret, something you never said, not feeling good enough, or the way that someone made you feel - anything. What have you got to lose?
