Having a safe place with someone who will listen to your needs without judging you can be a powerful way to unravel issues either from the past or in the present that may be troubling you.
Counselling can offer you the space and time to explore whatever difficulties you are facing in your life.
I work from an integrative perspective and I have undertaken a wide range of training in order that I can offer you counselling which best suits your needs and will assist you to find the best way forward for you, helping you to understand your problems and make choices which are right for you.
I also teach students who are embarking on their journey on the UU Foundation Degree to becoming qualified therapists.
I invite you to contact me to arrange an appointment.
