Anxiety ( I am an AnxietyUK approved therapist)

Anxiety can build up and we can feel consumed by an unusual feeling, it can linger or one day something triggers it. Anxiety can be managed and controlled and there are techniques that can help to balance things out so you get a better perspective, bereavement, trauma, a stressful situation in life are a few of many reasons anxiety can get on top of us. Therapy will help you to manage and control these all consuming feelings that stress and anxiety can bring. I have experience with working with many clients for Anxiety and generalised anxiety disorders using approaches, techniques and tools which help clients greatly in overcoming the troubling times this debilitating condition can bring, so they can live normally again.

'Michelle was great to work with! She listened to, and understood my problems, and equipped me with ways to deal with them, including being more aware of my thoughts and ways to calm my anxiety. The ‘home tasks’ set helped me to dig deeper into my problems, and helped me to determine who I am as a person and what’s important to me. I have benefitted hugely from my experience with Michelle and have grown in numerous ways. I have enjoyed this experience, and most of all Michelle was lovely; she was very caring and a friendly face to see each week!'  CW London Jan 22

"I have been seeing Michelle for over a year now. I initially went to see her in the midst of a very stressful time in my life, and had started to experience anxiety which was very new and scary to me. Michelle has managed to help me to understand how to manage, and understand these feelings and why they happen - which has enabled me to talk myself out of potentially stressful situations using the techniques I have learnt."
