Michelle Blake: BA (Hons) Registered MBACP
My name is Michelle Blake and I am a registered Person-Centred Counsellor with the BACP. I offer one-to-one/couple counselling and individual/group Clinical Supervision in Norfolk. I am passionate about supporting people who are struggling with mental health, social and emotional difficulties. I offer a confidential, supportive, proactive and formative approach to my work. As a Person Centred Counsellor our work together will harness your self-healing process and the resources and strengths you develop will help you decide where your journey takes you.
Your counselling journey is an on-going process of personal growth and self discovery supported by my skills of caring, listening, valuing and prompting. My role in your journey is to be with you and support you whilst you find your own answers and develop powerful insights into your own problems. It is through sharing and talking through your thoughts, feelings and related behaviours that you will reach a much clearer understanding of yourself.
"It is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters, in then end." - Ernest Hemingway
