About me

There are times when we need a space to talk about our issues that cause us upset, pain and distress. It can be an overwhelming feeling to reach out and take those first steps to contacting a counsellor for help, yet it can be such a positive fulfilling experience. I am able to offer you a confidential, non judgemental safe space to explore these difficulties. Having a space to be heard by a trained counsellor allows you to work through your issues.I have experience working with a wide range of issues Anxiety depression and much more.I can offer a humanistic approach with an integrative style retaining a person centred model at the core of my work.

  • My training has shown me the value of talking to a counsellor, sharing those problems with a trained professional can enable you to make positive changes with in your life. Stress , anxiety and depression can cause deep suffering and can be an isolating experience. Counselling and psychotherapy can be a challenging experience, but it offers you a deeper insight of yourself giving you the autonomy to move forward with your life. I work with more complex issues also such as dissociation, trauma and BPD.

I work in Milton Keynes from more than one location. I am able to offer a diverse service for all cultures, ethnicities, ages, gender and religion.
I offer a free phone consultation to give you the opportunity to ask me any questions.

I also receive clinical supervision monthly in order to be able to maintain an ethical and safe practice. I will continue to have regular training to maintain my own professional standards.
