Michael Henry - Adv PG Dip, MSc (UKCP reg)
07507 057083 / 07507 057083
I am an experienced psychotherapist practising in a range of environments for over 15 years. In my private practice I offer both short and long term therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My training (in various models/methods) enables me to provide a safe containing space in which we can, together, explore and work towards sustainable change.
Often, our wellbeing impacts on our relationships and vice versa. Collaboratively we can focus on both of these areas in therapy to help you feel better individually, which then may provide a benefit for how you engage with others.
Since you are here and I'm sure a initial conversation could be useful, may I suggest you call me on 07507057083 or send an email to me to at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any queries you might have or to arrange an initial meeting.
I look forward to hearing from you...
