About me

I am a qualified Transactional Analysis Counsellor, registered with COSCA. I offer confidential experienced  counselling for  individuals, couples and groups. I offer a safe, confidential space of non-judgemental warmth where you can talk and explore your relationships, discuss and manage your mental health, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, bereavement, substance use, or any aspect of your life that you wish.

I have a special interest in substance use having come through my own problematic use. The models and tools of Transactional Analysis are, I think particularly useful for gaining understanding and enabling change

My aim is to create a space which feels secure and safe enough to support you in making the changes you want in your life.

I  adapt the therapy to your personal needs looking at thinking, feeling and behavior. Take the first step on a new path to well being and phone me on 07534 550 305.
