I am an Person Centred Counsellor who graduated from Middlesex University with a BA(Hons) degree in Integrative Relational Counselling.
I offer one-to-one counselling where we can explore whatever you feel is troubling you.
Sometimes talking things through with a professional who has experienced counselling themselves can help to make sense of issues that may be troubling you and blocking your path to the future you desire. I work in a relational manner which involves us building a truly trusting and empathic relationship, understanding the world from your perspective is the key to our work together.
As an Integrative counsellor, I have the flexibility to draw on the approach which I believe is best suited to your needs at the time, offering you a wider range of support. I work predominantly with a person-centred approach, focusing on your thoughts and feelings as they come up, staying in touch with what is happening for you at that time. This helps me to get an idea of what it means to be you and how those thoughts, feelings and processes can impact and affect the way you live.
Working through the challenges and difficulties you may be experiencing will give you a greater understanding and clarity of how to make the changes necessary for the future you desire. I will be at your side supporting you completely throughout this process.
