I value each person I meet and their individual needs in life. Whatever your needs, I will provide support for you during times of distress and change whilst helping you gain strength and identify your inner resources.
I have worked in both hospices and agencies supporting adults and young people (11+) through some of their most challenging times in life.
I am currently undertaking training in couple dynamics and online counselling. I have recently qualified as a supervisor.
My background is in Human Resources, management and administration. Due to some life changing experiences and a journey through counselling myself; I wanted to offer others the opportunity to experience the rewards I gained from a professional, therapeutic relationship.
I offer both long and short term therapy (including CBT) in Wokingham and the surrounding areas.
