Welcome to my practice.
Do you ever feel that it is hard to share you inner thoughts and be truly listened to?
I offer a calm, confidential and neutral space away from everyday life, where you can explore the issues you are facing, and feel truly heard.
Through the process of being listened to without judgement, and by being shown empathy and acceptance, emotional distress can be be greatly alleviated.
I am committed to this process in my counselling work. Rather than giving you advice, my role is to truly understand what it is you are going through, and to support you in unlocking your own solutions.
The key to successful therapy is for you to feel entirely comfortable with your therapist. With this in mind, we would arrange an initial consultation, so you can ask me any questions, and decide if I am right for you. It is an effective rapport that would then form the foundation of our work together.
I have helped many people with a wide variety of problems including (but not limited to):
relationship issues, panic attacks, bereavement, low self-esteem, depression, financial concerns, disability, stress, health concerns, self-harm, obsessive or compulsive tendencies and work concerns.
