I am a qualified Integrative Gestalt Therapist working towards accreditation. Coming from a bilingual background, I offer therapy/counselling in German and English.
From 2012 to December 2015 I worked at Your Space, a company that specialises in offering counselling and therapy to children and teenagers throughout primary and secondary schools in West Sussex. I also offer Play Therapy which is a very helpful way to engage children in therapy.
Apart from working in my private practice, I also work as an associate counsellor at the Royal Holloway University, where I help students and staff deal with personal, academic and work issues in a short-term setting.
In addition to being a counsellor at the university, I also work there as a specialist mental health mentor, supporting students with more complex mental health diagnoses.
My eight years experience as a secondary school teacher (English, psychology, philosophy and ethics) has helped me greatly in my approach to counselling/therapy with children and adolescents.
