I use an integrative approach to counselling working from a person centred perspective.

Counselling provides you with a supportive, non judgmental and confidential environment in which to explore any emotional, psychological or other problems you may be encountering.

Counselling can assist you to identify your own personal resources and capabilities, which are sometimes lost or buried in times of confusion and anxiety. It may enable you to see your circumstances afresh and with clarity so that you can make the necessary changes that will help you at this particular stage of your life. We will not make decisions for you or impose
opinions, but will respect your individual needs.

I work from Hixon Village, 7 miles from Stafford, 6 miles from Rugeley, 17 miles from Stoke on Trent and 7 miles from Uttoxeter.

I am a member of the British association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists - BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.

I am also a member of the British Infertility Counselling association - BICA

I offer email counselling, telephone counselling and face to face counselling.

Currently undertaking an integrative BA Counselling degree at
Newman University in Birmingham.
