About me

Which Counsellor do you choose? Do you select one with the most qualifications? The kindest face in the profile picture? Or maybe the one that's the cheapest? I would encourage you to trust your intuition when choosing a Counsellor - what is this telling you?
My approach as a Counsellor combines honesty, warmth and respect to help you work towards a better understanding of yourself. I know through both personal and professional experience that there are times in life when we all need some help along the way - to acknowledge this takes courage. l have worked as a Counsellor since 2008 with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse, gender, relationship and family issues. I work with both children (age 11 upwards) and adults and provide a comfortable, private counselling room within my private practice in Lee on the Solent.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and and abide by its ethical framework. I am also on the BACP Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists as a member who has met the standards for registration.
