I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy on a short and long term basis. My approach is integrative and informed by psychodynamic tradition.
I am interested in how past events are impacted on the present. My work endeavours to explore underlying issues that present in the form of depression and anxiety.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a masters degree with merit from Goldsmiths College University of London.
My experience has included working with a wide range of clients and In addition to my private practice, I work as a psychotherapist/assessor which includes Multi- Ethnic counselling. My work has included counselling students who are training to be counsellors. I have provided counselling for University students.I am also a qualified pilot with extensive knowledge in aviation and help clients with a fear of flying.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
