My Relationship Work
Relationship counselling can help you discuss your relationship issues in a safe and confidential environment and try to find a way to deal with them effectively and move forward. To achieve this I provide caring, supportive and non-judgemental environment for my clients. I believe that every relationship is unique with its own dynamic and circumstances, and therapist's approach to the relationship issues needs to take this into account and be flexible.
Through the years of practise I have developed my own integrative approach to the relationship counselling. I do not adhere to any one counselling theory but have been trained in a range of relationship theories and approaches. In my practice I focus on my client's specific needs and adopt my approach accordingly; I practice psychodynamic, systemic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural ways of working and when it's necessary I move between them or use combination of them.
My private practice is in Islington, situated in a safe, residential area (N5 2HU) and easily accessible from Hackney, Haringay, Enfield, Camden, City, East London, Central London and South London. It is 2 minutes walking distance from Canonbury overground station, 10 minutes walking distance from Highbury Islington tube station. There is a street parking facilities around and also local buses provides excellent public transport links to the premise.
