I am a Counsellor with nearly 20 years experience, working with adults and young people. I offer supportive, safe, professional help in Norfolk. I am also an experienced Skype Counsellor, offering help locally and further afield.
I am fully trained as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a BSc Hons in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling. I am a member of BACP and adhere fully to their code of ethics.
Appointments are also offered evenings and weekends. I work in Reepham.
I have considerable experience of working with anxiety and anxiety based disorders. Professionals are increasingly discovering that anxiety has now overtaken depression as a presenting issue.
I have extensive experience working within schools. I worked for over ten years with young people in schools as part of Norfolk County Council Children's Services. I now offer low cost sessions to pupils aged 11-16 attending high school, in recognition of the lack of funded support in those areas
In my private practise I have had an increasing number of teachers looking for counselling, and now offer a service to schools for both teachers and pupils.
I also have considersble experience of working with those living with, affected by or recovering from cancer.
Skype/Online Counselling and is available for suitable and interested clients. See my website for further details.
I am able to offer home visits in situations where travel is impossible or prohibitive for a client, perhaps due to disability.
