About me

Would you like to have a better insight of the feelings and emotions you're experiencing, gain a better understanding of Your relationship with others? And how to make changes to your life and take control of your own destiny, explore and understand the issues you are experiencing, I strongly believe with counselling You will make sense of your issues past or present, life decisions and changes you feel, need or would like to make.

This Is your journey and I can help and support you with anxiety, family and relationship issues, depression, bereavement, panic and eating disorders and many many more. I do understand the decision and search for a counsellor can be a daunting prospect, and can leave you feeling very anxious. Going through the unknown can be a scary place to be in, my priority is that you feel comfortable and safe, So I will offer you a Confidential and empathic Environment, so you will feel safe to explore your Emotions and feelings.

I am an accredited integrative counsellor, I worked in a voluntary capacity for a respected local organisation for 2 years as a person-centred therapist, gaining experience of counselling adults, covering a wide range of issues.

I was trained as an integrative counsellor; this enables me to take elements from specific therapies, so I’m able to tailor your sessions to suit you as a unique individual, thus making you feel at ease and in good hands.

I believe for counselling to be effective, we need a good foundational relationship between client and therapist. I will provide a safe, confidential and judgment free space to achieve a good working relationship, thus making you feel comfortable and safe, so that I can support you on your journey.

I offer short or long term counselling and have appointments to suit you, options of daytime, evenings or weekends. Please do not hesitate to contact me to ask any questions or to arrange an appointment.

I work in two different locations so I offer face to face and zoom sessions.

First location is in long Eaton Which is around a 10 minute car journey from junction 24 & 25, there is street parking available, less than 5 minutes walk from the long Eaton train station. There is also regular bus routes throughout the day.
