MAUREEN SMITH MNRPC (Acc..)
Are you experiencing difficulties in your personal life, is your life becoming so stressful or are you struggling to balance your own problems along with the responsibilities of caring for another person?
At any time for anyone of us life can seem unmanagable and it's not always appropriate to share our worries with friends or family. This is when counselling might help.
As a Person Centred Therapist, it is my aim to provide a space where you can feel valued, where you are not judged and are allowed to be with your feelings.
For you to experience a persons total attention to your spoken and unspoken word can be a powerful and liberating experience, allowing you clarity and choices you may not have been aware of.
I work with adults and adolescents on a short or long term basis, with appointments made on a week by week basis.
