Maureen Fenner RMBACP. Dip. TC. Counsellor/Therapist
Hello and welcome, thank you for your visit today.
I am an experienced therapist offering low cost counselling and my role is to help you find your way through what is worrying you and causing you to be unhappy.
Are you feeling lost and low in mood at times, as though it will never stop raining? Perhaps you are feeling alone and that you don't know which way to turn?
It can be difficult to reach out for help, difficult to talk to those closest to us sometimes about our problems, and that's when counselling can be useful, offering you the opportunity of talking things through, one to one.
What to expect on your first session
This will be an assessment lasting for about 40 minutes, giving us the opportunity to meet and I will explain how I work, and how counselling may be able to help you in your life, as I invite you to share with me what has caused you to seek my help. We work at your pace, this is your time and your session.
This assessment will cost £25.00
My areas of expertise include:
- Bereavement and loss
- Victims of crime
- Physical and emotional abuse, [both recent and historical]
- Domestic Violence
- Low self-esteem
- I will support you toward taking control of your life, and understanding why the things that make you unhappy can feel so powerful.
I am a fully insured and registered practitioner.
