Sometimes we just need an empathic and listening ear that can help us explore our problems in a safe and therapeutic space. Challenges are part of everyone’s life that we mainly manage ourselves but at times we may require some extra support to live a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
I am a person-centred therapist and an experienced mental health practitioner who has worked with people who have experienced a variety of issues and mental health problems.

i have over 10 years experience working as a mental health practitioner in the NHS and during this time I have worked with people who have a variety of problems and mental health concerns.
