About me

DON'T SUFFER ALONE - HELP IS HERE! I am a professionally trained, qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have served more than 2,000 client hours during my 8 years experience of working with a broad range of issues.

I work with young adults, adults, older people who present with a vast range of emotional and psychological problems and my ultimate aim to help you in your healing journey towards positive mental wellness.

Life, situations and relationships can present difficulties and challenges to us all and it can seem impossible to resolve even the smallest of issues. Talking with a skilled and experienced Counsellor can help you to feel heard, achieve clarity and understanding, provide you with guidance and direction and help you to get to where you want to be in life.

My counselling service offers you a safe, non-judgemental, warm and genuine climate to discuss your problems. When you start to feel better I can help you to sustain your personal improvement and growth. I will accept you totally as a human being and as a client because I am genuinely committed to your mental well-being.

My counselling service extends to Wirral, Merseyside and ALL of Cheshire. I provide counselling from my own dedicated space or I can do home visits.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT is a scientifically tested therapy approach which focuses on the here and now and it can help to create lasting alternative ways to think, feel and behave. I can work with specific issues such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and many, many more issues.

My style of therapy is always tailored to suit each individual client. I have expertise in CBT, bereavement relationships, trauma, inner child therapy and many more areas. Counselling can support clients to find their answers so that new and lasting changes can be experienced and enjoyed.

I am a Counselling Supervisor and counsellor for qualified and unqualified counsellors. Supervision is an essential element of safe and ethical therapeutic practice and it is a requirement of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

"I believe we all have a VOICE and we deserve to be heard ...." DON'T delay, contact me TODAY!
