About me

Hi there, everyone is welcome here and please do see the website, where you will also see general therapy and counselling in addition to my specialist area which is sex, intimacy and better pleasure. New lower prices: accessible therapy for all.

I work with sex problems, sex addictions and assist people who are struggling in their intimate relationships.

You can book your appointment to take place via: Skype - FaceTime - Telebond (online therapy platform) - Telephone and Face-to-face. Online counselling is the most popular way to work with me. Therapy and coaching via Skype, FaceTime or over the phone is great when you need help fast, it can also be more convenient.

Face-to-face appointments take place in London at the Gestalt Centre on a monthly basis.

Sex and relationship counselling is:

  • A space to talk about your sex and relationship life
  • Safer sex concerns
  • Safer and more fulfilling intimacy
  • Appropriate use of porn
  • General sexual development
  • BDSM, Polyamory and alternative relationships
  • Confusion or questioning around your sexual preference
  • Struggles or concerns with your gender identification
  • Sex problems in general such as performance
  • Sex or porn addiction and
  • anything you want to talk about

Maybe you want to talk about something other than sex and need to work with someone who is down to earth and qualified in generic therapy and counselling. This means that I can support you with issues such as anxiety and depression, confusion or stuckness in life direction, addictions, sexual or gender confusion to name a few. Feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation informal chat. The website will also give you a bigger view of my background and training.

I believe that every client can find the right therapist for them. Often it is down to personality as well as qualifications and experience. My approach is warm, open and grounded and I consider myself to be 'heart-centred'.

I have been qualified in counselling and therapy since 2002, am insured to practice and am a registered member of the BACP for my counselling and therapy work. I am what is often called an empath, which is a big part of the work that I do.

I have worked both in private practice and for organisations including the NHS. I have managed and co-ordinated crisis management counselling, worked for young person's organisations, drug centres and generic counselling services.

I have extensive experience of helping people with struggles such as: anxiety, depression, relationship problems, sex problems, sexuality questioning, gender confusion, drug addiction, grief, mid life crises, personal and spiritual development as a few examples. I also specialise in helping people to look at the connection between mindfulness and better sex.
