Dr. Mary Saull MBACP (Registered)
Most of us have times in our lives when we find it difficult to cope and need some help, for example because of unforeseen events such as bereavement, or due to relationship difficulties with our partners, family members, work colleages or friends. At these times our self-esteem can be at an all time low. As your counsellor I offer a professional, respectful and confidential service to help you make sense of what is going on in your life, explore how you would like things to be and how to make your situation more manageable.
I understand how difficult it is to choose a therapist based simply on what you read on a website, so would invite you to give me a call (without obligation)so that we can discuss your needs and decide what sort of help would be appropriate.
If you prefer to use email, please send me a brief outline of your situation and what you are looking for from counselling, and I will respond as soon as possible to let you know if I think I can help.
