Counselling changed my life!!!!!! I grew up in Norwich in the 70’s in an interracial family. This union was not accepted by either side of the family. This isolation promoted a life of insecurities, immaturity (poor choices) and anger. I masked the dysfunction in my life with an alcohol addiction. The lowest point of my life was when I found myself homeless and alone on the streets of Brussels begging for money! At the age of twenty- five, I sought counsel and made some radical life decisions and I never looked back. When I reflect on my life, I have tasted despair and rejection, so I can relate to my client’s angst, which most counsellors/therapists cannot.
Today, I have been happily married and sober for twenty years. In a desire to help others, I obtained a Masters degree in counselling and with two decades of counselling experience, I am committed to helping others in Norfolk to get objectivity and hope in their lives.Because of my personal narrative and qualifications, I specialize in Relationship and Family therapies, Depression, Stress, and Anger Management.
