I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist based in Meols on the Wirral. My service is completely confidential and clients are discreetly welcomed here by myself. My aim is to put clients immediately at ease. I recognise that the hardest step is to make contact and to come for the initial session and so I place a great emphasis on making people feel valued and respected. Making contact and attending a first session can be a daunting prospect, but I have not yet seen a client who has not then chosen to begin therapy.
"How Do I Get in Touch?"
By telephone (07771693602) - all I will need to find out is your name and when you can come
By text (07771693602) - just suggest a few times you could come and I will text back with a suggestion
By email (email@example.com) or via this site

My practice room is a private and peaceful space where my clients say they feel secure and relaxed. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches within an integrative model. I offer an initial free consultation and my sessions are a full hour in length. I established "Therapy for Teachers" (therapyforteachers.co.uk) a few years ago and have worked with a wide range of school staff, students and carers. I have recently broadened my counselling work to respond to the growing local demand for my services from people of all ages and backgrounds. I offer face to face counselling for individuals and I lead training events. I offer guidance on meditation and mindfulness techniques rooted in my teaching experience and forty years of spiritual practice.
