I offer a mainly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to assist people in overcoming problems and challenges in their lives, integrating occasionally with other methods. The CBT approach recognises that Thoughts, Behaviour, Emotions and Physical wellbeing are linked.
I aim to assist you to find a better balance in life, by working with you in a straightforward and Simple way, and examining any problem or challenge, AND start to try and change things for the better, by finding a resolution that can give you the tools to move forward, and deal with any setbacks there may be along the way. The therapist and you work together to find the best solution for you.
We offer structured sessions, in a safe, well established and staffed premises in Glasgow.
CBT has proved effective in many areas, and it may help to bring balance back into your life, assist you in looking at the world in a different way. It can help you manage life's ups and downs a little better, and help you put things in perspective.
