About me

I am a qualified counsellor, experienced in working in the public (NHS), private and voluntary sectors and I offer both long term and short term counselling in a safe, confidential environment.

Together we will explore, at a pace you feel comfortable with, how your present and past experiences and relationships affect your current patterns of thought and behaviour. Your counselling sessions are an opportunity not only to understand why things are so painful, sad, frightening or difficult, but also for personal growth so that you can make positive changes to how you live your life.
