I am a warm, friendly and empathic counsellor who offers a safe, open and non judgemental space where you can express and clarify your deepest feelings. i can help you on your voyage of self discovery. We’ll explore how you engage and respond to others and how unconscious habits from your past and present are impacting on you, as you try to make sense of your situation.

I have a private practice in North London, Holloway, N7 (about five minutes from Highbury and Islington station (overground and Victoria Line) and Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line)
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in Gestalt Counselling from The Gestalt Centre, London
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, BACP and follow their professional and ethical framework. I have completed continuing professional development (CPD) in the following topics

I currently work as a counsellor for Mind in Enfield
I have practised and taught meditation for the last 22 years and meditation practises are included in my client work when appropriate.

Each weekly session lasts 50 minutes and takes place preferably at the same time. My fee is £45 per session. I can sometimes offer concessions to those on a lower wage.
After the initial phone consultation and our first meeting together we should both be able to identify issues, and decide whether to proceed and work together. If we decide to continue counselling sessions, I then believe at least six - eight sessions are a realistic commitment, after which we can assess if more sessions are needed.
