Profile
You may choose counselling feeling unable to live your life as you would like to, maybe because of something happening in your life now or from your past. Opportunity to talk about your concerns in a safe place, at the right time for you and without pressure or judgement can help you feel less alone.
Giving warmth and support, I work as a person-centred counsellor in a non-directive way, appreciating that the needs of my clients are unique and individual.
I offer space in a confidential environment where, at your own pace, you may explore issues that are important for you. The number of sessions you have is your choice, enabling you to decide what feels right to help you move on in your life.
