Affordable help and therapeutic intervention using Solution Focused and other counselling techniques alongside Hypnotherapy and guided visual imagery. There are times in our lives when we can benefit from reaching out for a helping hand.  If you are feeling stuck or unable to move past an issue in your life, such as struggles with eating disorders and/or body image issues, struggles with changing a behaviour, lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem, the pain of separation or divorce, depression, relationship concerns or an other immobilising problem, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I am a trained counsellor, counsellor trainer and clinical hypnotherapist with a background in Psychology and teaching.  My approach is based on my personal philosophy of respect and empowerment; the belief that we as individuals, have within ourselves the resources and wisdom to find effective solutions to life's problems.  Using a relational approach alongside other mediums, it is possible to access these inner resources which have previously been hidden from our consciousness.  As a result, we become empowered to move towards living a life we dream of living.  In addition, we are able to access our inner wisdom much more easily in the future; therefore increasing our ability to identify and put to use effective solutions to the problems we face throughout our live stages.
