Profile
I offer a safe, warm and confidential space for clients to bring and explore their personal problems. Through our work together clients can gain more understanding, awareness and insight into themselves and their lives thus helping to promote a more natural self determining life for themself.
I am a mature counsellor and over the years of working both privately, and within counselling services, gained experience of working with a wide spectrum of people and their personal issues.
I work integratively from a person-centred approach, thus I am able to draw coherently from different models of theory to assist me in my work whilst working at my client's own pace and respecting each person as totally unique.
Our work together may be short term focused work or longer term more in depth work depending on which is more appropriate for you at this particular time.
The sessions are generally 50 minutes and weekly, but this can be flexible and some evening and weekend appointments are available for those who are unable to manage sessions during the day.

Fees
My Fees are £35 per session for Individuals and £45 per session for couples.
Concessions are available for Student Counsellors
