The Practice At Angel Islington
32-33 Upper Street
Hello there, Thank you you for viewing my profile.
Please feel free to phone or email me if you would like to ask any questions or make an enquiry.
I am a Psychotherapeutic counsellor offering confidential counselling to individuals, couples and groups using an open grounded jargon free approach. I mainly work with anxiety, addiction and couples who are struggling to communicate and connect, especially after affairs or when the children have left home and your feeling a bit lost.
Together we can work to create a personal plan of work which best suits your requirements. Whether it be exclusive talking therapy or a combination of talking plus creative therapeutic approaches.
Counselling can help you accept or change aspects of your life if you are experiencing difficulties. Whether it is repairing a broken relationship, finding ways to manage workplace stress or managing anxiety or addiction.
A counselling relationship is often unlike any other relationship you have experienced. It requires active participation on your part. It is the my role to help you to find answers to your questions and make better sense of your current life situation. Gaining a clearer appreciation and understanding of your problems is the first step to making changes.
Whether you suffer from workplace stress, issues around connecting anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, or don't feel right, I will be happy to try to help you.
I aim to offer a calm and confidential environment where you can explore concerns that are troubling you, without fear of being judged or criticised so you can truly be yourself.
This is a safe environment, thoughts and feelings can be explored and repeated patterns of behaviour identified, some of which may have a bearing on current problems.
Have you got relationship Issues? unfortunately people don't come with instructions, are you having trouble understanding yourself, your partner or others? Or maybe you are a couple that don't seem to understand each others point of view or trying to recover after an affair. Feel free to contact me, I will do my best to assist you.

- Workplace stress
- Relationship problems
