About me

Hello there, welcome to my counselling profile.

Please feel free to phone or email me if you would like to ask any questions or make an enquiry.

Thank you you for viewing my profile.

I am a Psychotherapeutic counsellor offering confidential counselling to individuals, couples and groups using an open grounded jargon free approach.

Together we can work to create a personal plan of work which best suits your requirements. Whether it be exclusive talking therapy or a combination of talking plus creative therapeutic approaches.

I do not use any therapeutic methods without first explaining them to you and gaining your consent.

Counselling is an option you might like to consider if you are experiencing difficulties in your life. A counselling relationship is maybe unlike any other relationship you have experienced. it requires a great deal of active participation on your part. It is the counsellors role to help you to find answers to your questions and make better sense of your current life situation. Gaining a clearer appreciation and understanding of your problems is the first step to making changes. Counselling gives you the opportunity to take stock of life and address issues which are making life difficult.

Whether you suffer from anxiey, depression, addictions, trauma, are an adult survivor of childhood abuse or don't feel right, I will be happy to try to help you.

I can work with you and your inner child to help you to bring harmony to your life. Feel free to book a phone call to see how we can do this together.

I aim to offer a calm and confidential environment where you can explore concerns that are troubling you, without fear of being judged or criticised.

In a safe environment, thoughts and feelings can be explored and repeated patterns of behaviour identified, some of which may have a bearing on current problems.

Have you got Relationship Issues? unfortunately people don't come with instructions, are you having trouble understanding yourself, your partner or others? Or maybe you are a couple that don't seem to understand each others point of view. feel free to contact me, I will do my best to assist you.

I am at present working in private practice which includes working with the following:
Relationship problems
Domestic violence
Eating disorders

It can be daunting contacting a counsellor for the first time, which is why I will aim to make the experience as comfortable as possible. So if you feel you might benefit from counselling please feel free to contact me.
