My aim as a counsellor is to enable you deal with difficulties and progress towards the life you want to lead.
HOW I WORK
At Transition I can help you to identify the experiences and issues which are holding you back. I will offer the confidential space and time you require to navigate from where you are to where you want to be. I am not here to give advice but I will listen to you, and explore with you: to discover the answers, solutions and strategies you need.

I am able to offer integrative counselling, including CBT, which is tailored to each individual. I work hard to ensure I keep up to date with relevant developments in the fields of psychology and neuroscience in order to offer my clients the best service I can.

MY EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
I have extensive experience with a wide range of presenting issues but I believe in always seeing people as individuals with diverse and unique experiences.
If I had to list specific areas, where I have successfully supported clients to overcome problems, they would include:
- anxiety, stress and panic
- self confidence/self esteem problems
- difficulty with maintaining relationships
- depression and lack of motivation
- dealing with childhood issues including bullying and abuse

My training is Integrative and I am able to offer CBT, Person Centred and Psychodynamic Counselling.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

My standard fee is £50 per hour. However the initial session costs £25. This will give you a chance to find out more about how therapy can help and enable you to make a more informed decision about undertaking further sessions.
I do not offer a minimum or fixed number of sessions but prefer to discuss progress as therapy unfolds and work on a session by session basis. While I am happy to give my professional view it is always the client's decision which takes precedence.
I am in walking distance (5-8 minutes) of South Ruislip station which is on the Central Line (tube) and also accessible by overground from London Marylebone and connecting stations. The local bus stop (2 minutes) is for the 114 bus.
There is free parking available.
