I am an integrative counsellor, I work using a combination of: Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. After qualifying I completed further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies and Counselling Children and Adolescent. I am a qualified Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner.
My background is nursing, I have an experience of nearly 30 years in the field which enhances the quality of my work.
I offer a safe, professional and confidential service at an affordable price for adults of all ages ,children and adolescents. I am based in Little Sutton, but I cover a wider area including Chester, Birkenhead, and Liverpool.I offer face to face counselling on a short or long term basis.
Home visits following an assessment are possible if required. Weekend and evening appointments available.
I am registered with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

In here I am working with mild and moderate Mental Health issues and Drugs and Alcohol addictions. I have worked as a Nurse in various settings since 1987 and as a Counsellor at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd in Backford and at Wirral Age UK.

£30 (50 minutes sessions).
£25 (50 minutes sessions) for young people, 16 and under.
£30 (50 minutes sessions) for home visits around Chester and surrounding areas.
£25 (50 minutes sessions) for Trainee Counsellors.
24 hours notice is required for cancelled appointments otherwise the full fee is payable.
Payment is made at the end of each session.
