About me

I am a qualified and registered counselor with over ten years experience of working face to face with clients.

I started my career working in a treatment centre in central London and my specialist area is addiction. Working with addiction opened the door to working with many other issues. As well as one to one work I also have much experience of facilitating therapeutic groups.

My current job remains in the field of addiction within the voluntary sector, working in the community assisting people to make positive changes. Past roles include working within the courts and probation service.

I offer a safe and non judgmental space where we can begin to explore what brought you to therapy.  After our initial telephone or email contact if we decide that we will work together we will meet for an assessment where I will be happy to answer any questions you have about therapy. We can also discuss how long you expect to be in therapy, although I would suggest an initial six sessions to begin with.
