I work with individual adults, children and young people as well as couples and families. I am a qualified systemic counsellor with over 14 years’ experience. Starting my work with 'Cardiff Mind' I have worked with people who are struggling to cope with their mental health. I have also worked in all educational setting with children and young people and Working for many years in a special school for pupils with emotional behavioural issues 'EBD' I have begun to expand my work with individuals who are offending or at risk of offending behaviour. I have taken this work into prisons and worked with issues around domestic. I have also been working with Relate with people around relationship issues and family breakdown. I understand that it can be daunting when thinking about seeking help and support, but being able to talk through your thoughts and feelings can help you gain a better understanding of the tangle you may often finds yourself in. This can enable you to work out better ways to cope and often in turn change your thinking and manage your own behaviour to situations and people.

The first session we will explore the issues and assess your needs and agree that this approach could be helpful for you.
