In time of need it helps to speak whith an experienced, understanding, and supportive professional.
Hello, I am Marc, a therapist with eight years of experience, and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I am here to help you with the unique challenges in your life. I see my job as facilitating self-discovery, by listening deeply to the words, and beyond the words spoken in therapy, to let you find your true self, with all its growth, depth, and meaning. A discovery which truly is priceless.
I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist, and while I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Experiential Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, and use elements of these forms of therapy, I feel very close to the Person-centered approach to therapy. It is an approach which gives you as a client a maximum amount of autonomy in choosing how your therapy will look like, and focuses on you being fully heard without being judged.
I believe everybody deserves to be the best version of themselves. And You deserve to be at your best.
Let me know how I can help.
With best wishes for your future,
MINERVA -Inner Wisdom-

A session lasts 55 minutes, which gives us some extra time for business, getting a drink, using the toilet, or similar.
