Mandy Walters MBACP & UKCP Registered
At times life can be challenging and it can help to talk to someone in a safe and confidential environment. I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist (UKCP registered), which means my work is adapted to suit the individual needs of each person. I am based in North London and offer therapy on a short or long-term basis.
I believe in the importance of providing a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, to openly explore difficult issues and gain a greater understanding of emotions, thoughts and behaviours and about how past experiences can influence the present. It is through this supportive therapeutic relationship and understanding that it is possible to bring about change.
Coming to therapy can be a daunting experience, but please feel free to contact me if you have any queries or to arrange an initial consultation. In the initial consultation we would discuss what your current needs are and together we can decide if I am the right therapist for you.
