Counselling and psychotherapy with me offers the time and space for you to talk and the opportunity to be listened to by someone who really hears what you have to say. A safe and holding space where you can be yourself and explore the thoughts, feelings and emotions that you are experiencing.  Gaining a greater understanding and deeper self awareness can often be the first steps towards making positive change.
