I will provide you with a safe environment where you will have space to talk and to be heard without feeling judged. My approach is very much centred on the development of a trusting relationship and seeing the potential for healing. Have a look at my profile and see if you think we can work together.
The person centred counselling approach which I work with can be used effectively with bereavement, loss, relationship issues, anger, depression, sexuality, anxiety, illness, abuse, addictions, work-related or life/career transition issues.
