About me

I am a consultant Counselling Psychologist, a CBT specialist and a Mindfulness trainer, all of which enable the flexibility to practice and work in an integrative way which aims to adjust the type and extent of therapy to your individual needs.

How do I work and How can I help?
I am passionate about people and about constantly finding ways to help others by improving my knowledge and training. I learn from my clients and the people I encounter more than through any other channel and I am grateful for every encounter, particularly when out mutual efforts lead to insight, improvement, change and growth.

If you are struggling with current pressures and stress, feeling ‘stuck’, dealing with depression/anxiety or simply wish to understand, reflect and change your thinking and behaviors, we can embark on this journey in a safe and non-judgemental place where we can explore and resolve this either through a short term, goal-orientated course of CBT lasting approximately 6-12 sessions or embark on an explorative psychotherapy for a longer term work.

I can help with many areas of life such as:
