I use CBT, solution-focused, Humanistic and Psychodynamic therapy.
I am based in Southend-on-Sea and also offer online and telephone Counselling.
As a Registered member of the BACP I subscribe to their code of ethics.
Training, qualifications & experience
Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Therapeutic Counselling

As well as these qualifications I have undertaken training in trauma-focused CBT, group therapy, suicide and self-harm, and safeguarding.
Having worked as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and as a short-term solution focused counsellor I can adapt my approach to your needs.
I have also worked in intensive therapeutic settings (2-3 sessions weekly) with families where teenagers are displaying anti-social behaviours.

I am leader of a Children's programme at an international summer school called ICASSI.
Alongside my therapeutic work I am Chair of the Adlerian Society and Institute for Individual Psychology UK (ASIIP).

£40 per session (50 minutes)
£30 per session for trainee Counsellors (50 minutes)
£65 per session for couples/families (1h30minutes)
£45 per session for individual supervision (1h30minutes)
£20 per person per session for group supervision (1h30minutes - minimum 2, maximum 4 participants)
